Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of itaktiki (the "Service"), a web-based tactical analysis editor. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is free to use with standard, watermarked exports. Premium features (high-resolution and watermark-free exports) require a paid subscription billed monthly at the price shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the tactical diagrams and other content you create. Projects are stored locally in your browser and via files you export; we do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
