This Privacy Policy explains what information itaktiki (the "Service") collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Information we collect

Account data: When you sign up, our authentication provider, Clerk, stores your email address, name, and authentication details. Billing data: If you subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, handles your payment information; we never see or store full card details. We store a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status.

2. Your tactical content

The diagrams you create are stored locally in your browser and in files you choose to export. We do not upload or store your project content on our servers.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Data retention and your rights

We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Where applicable (e.g. under the GDPR), you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
